What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Source and schedule clinics for onboarding needs across the country
  • Assist recruiters with administrative tasks and candidate communications
  • Prepare orientation packets and benefit guides

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Adobe Sign
  • Various vendor portals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple software systems
  • Professional and polite communication style

Pay: $22-$26 an hour, depending on experience
