Key Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager
• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and internal resources
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and change orders
• Serve as the primary client contact and drive strong customer relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, service) for seamless execution
• Monitor project risks, quality, and compliance while supporting safety standards
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and internal resources

• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and full project lifecycle management
• Experience with construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts)
• Exposure to industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, piping, or similar systems preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business) or equivalent experience
• OSHA 30 and regulated environment experience are a plus
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and full project lifecycle management
• Experience with construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts)
• Exposure to industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, piping, or similar systems preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business) or equivalent experience
