What You’ll Do
- Prepare financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Assist with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes by providing actionable financial insights.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain business performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for leadership.
- Develop presentations and financial reporting packages for senior management.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Compensation: $100K – $110K Base + Bonus
