Commercial Construction Project Coordinator
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 (flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Support project setup, AIA billing, lien waivers, COIs, and prequalification packages
- Maintain project schedules and field crew assignments
- Coordinate between operations and project teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Manage timekeeping, reporting, payroll, and ERP system updates
- Provide administrative support across multiple projects and business units
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or payroll experience in commercial construction
- Experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, and COIs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
