Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist

- Prepare payroll reports, support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and coordinate audit documentation.

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Analyst; Paylocity experience required.
- Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, workers’ compensation, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
