Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Manage month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entry reviews
• Oversee financial reporting and perform variance analysis
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives
• Supervise, coach, and delegate work to accounting staff
