Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Support basic networking tasks, including switches, firewalls, and connectivity
- Assist with phone system support and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory
- Provide server support and maintenance as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking and server management
- Knowledge of switches and firewalls
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
