Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Profit Sharing

The Senior Accountant’s Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Manage project accounting, client billing, and revenue recognition
- Oversee payroll, cash management, and day-to-day banking activity
- Prepare financial statements and support budgeting and financial forecasting
- Serve as a key point of contact for the external CPA firm during year-end
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience within professional services, consulting, or another project-based environment required
- Deltek VantagePoint experience strongly preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of key accounting functions
