The Opportunity
As a Documentation Specialist, you’ll oversee the preparation, verification, and organization of operational and financial documents while partnering with multiple departments to maintain accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Do

Prepare, review, and maintain operational and customer documentation for accuracy and completeness

Organize electronic and physical records while ensuring compliance with company procedures

Coordinate with internal departments to gather missing information and resolve discrepancies

Track documentation status and maintain accurate reporting logs

Support process improvements to increase efficiency and document accuracy
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of administrative, documentation, logistics, or clerical experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
