Location: Delano, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $20 – $22/hour DOE

Our client is seeking a Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a positive living experience for residents. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential community while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
This is more than a property management role. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, support residents, and help ensure the property remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
The Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of a residential community, balancing resident satisfaction, leasing activity, maintenance coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping operations organized and efficient.
What You’ll Do

Manage daily property operations, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations

Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders

Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards

Maintain occupancy records, resident files, and compliance documentation

Partner with vendors and internal teams to support efficient property operations
What We’re Looking For

Previous property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software is a plus
