Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis under the CFO’s direction
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and treasury/debt processes
- Partner with accounting leadership to support accurate month-end close and reporting
- Serve as a finance partner to department heads, providing analysis and decision support
- Manage and develop finance team members
Qualifications for the Vice President of Finance:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience
- Experience in a private, mid-sized, or operating company environment; leveraged business experience preferred
- Strong ERP/accounting systems experience and advanced Excel or financial planning tool skills
