What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable including rent collection, payment posting, and follow-up on delinquencies
- Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor coordination
- Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
- Assist with tenant communication and lease tracking
- Maintain accurate financial and tenant records within property management systems
What You Bring:
- Property management experience (required)
- Working knowledge of accounting basics (AR, AP, reconciliations)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
