What you’ll do:
- Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Assist with project costing and financial reporting support
- Help maintain clean and accurate records for month-end close
What you bring:
- 2+ years of accounting, AP, or AR experience (construction experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
