What you’ll be doing:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations; maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end close and assist with financial reporting and budgeting
- Track job costs, project expenses, and vendor payments within construction workflows
- Assist with payroll processing and time tracking compliance
- Oversee daily office operations, document management, and administrative coordination
What you bring:
- Experience in office management with a strong accounting emphasis (construction preferred)
- Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting basics
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office
