What You’ll Do:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, resolving questions and discrepancies.
- Assist with account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
- Maintain accurate AP records while ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and maintain financial accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team.
