Senior Accountant
Location: Goshen, IN (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Goshen, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a blend of public accounting and private industry experience, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to manage the full month-end close process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
- Partner with operations to analyze financial results, improve processes, and provide actionable business insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and maintaining strong internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and private industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
