Construction Accountant
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Construction Accountant:
- Manage job cost accounting for construction and capital projects
- Track budgets, forecasts, and project financial performance
- Review contracts, change orders, vendor invoices, and lien releases for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure timely collection and processing of subcontractor lien waivers and releases
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for project stakeholders
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and finance team
Qualifications for the Construction Accountant:
- 3+ years of accounting experience with construction or project-based accounting
- Strong knowledge of job costing and project financial tracking
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
