Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Specialist:
- Own and manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes within Workday Adaptive
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance and provide actionable insights
- Support monthly close, variance analysis, and executive reporting packages
- Drive enhancements, system improvements, and data accuracy within Adaptive
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Specialist:
- 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (required)
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
