Salary: $95,000–$105,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Own key areas of the month-end close process
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain audit-ready schedules
  • Support acquisition accounting and integration activities
  • Assist with external audits and year-end reporting
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen documentation
  • Partner with finance and operational leaders on special projects and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Public accounting experience (Big Four not required)
  • Experience with month-end close
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Audit support experience
  • Preferred:
    • CPA or active CPA candidate
    • Combination of public accounting and industry experience
    • Acquisition accounting experience
    • JD Edwards or similar ERP
    • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve accounting processes
