Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
- Handle high-volume incoming service calls, especially during peak seasons.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers via phone/email.
- Manage technician scheduling within an assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications of the Service Coordinator:
- 2+ years of customer service experience within a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel.
Salary: $50-65k
