Title: Senior HR Coordinator

Salary: Up to $85,000 – $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Coordinator:

  • Process weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records, deductions, garnishments, reimbursements, and related transactions
  • Manage employee onboarding and maintain compliance with employment laws, documentation requirements, and HR best practices
  • Serve as the primary liaison with benefits providers and assist employees with benefits-related matters
  • Address employee relations issues and support day-to-day HR operations across the organization
  • Coordinate onboarding and verify required insurance, payroll reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Support ongoing software transitions, including payroll and accounting system implementations

Qualifications for the Senior HR Coordinator:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee onboarding
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant HR certifications preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a significant plus
