Salary up to $162,000 Base + 15% Bonus
We are working with a long standing organization to find their next Director SEC Financial Reporting due to retirement. The Director SEC Financial Reporting will lead SEC reporting activities for a growing organization. This role is fully remote with potential quarterly travel to Nashville! You will own the SEC reporting process.

Responsibilities of the Director SEC Financial Reporting
- Own the SEC reporting process, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
- Serve as a technical accounting resource for complex accounting matters
- Review and enhance financial reporting processes
- Mentor accounting team members and support leadership initiatives
Qualifications of the Director SEC Financial Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the insurance industry
- 9+ years of accounting experience
- 4+ years of SEC reporting experience
- Experience owning SEC filings and external reporting
