Revenue Manager – Real Estate
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Manager:
- Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies across a multifamily portfolio
- Analyze occupancy trends, leasing activity, renewals, market conditions, and competitive data
- Provide pricing recommendations to maximize revenue, occupancy, and NOI performance
- Partner with Operations and Asset Management teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
- Support lease-up communities with forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis
- Prepare revenue forecasts, dashboards, reporting packages, and financial models
- Lead revenue strategy meetings with operational teams and leadership
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications for the Revenue Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, portfolio analytics, or related functions
- Strong understanding of occupancy metrics, leasing trends, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate recommendations and influence operational stakeholders
