HR Generalist

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

  • Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees using Paylocity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions
  • Coordinate benefits administration and act as a liaison with benefit carriers
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Administer FMLA, employee enrollments, and exit interviews
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, offer creation, and coordination with hiring managers and recruiting partners
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and milestone recognition programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR data within Paylocity

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • 1+ years of HR experience required; 2+ years preferred
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR administration
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree considered
