Salary: $65,000 – $73,000

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees
- Manage bonus payrolls and quarterly payroll adjustments
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, new hire setup, and open enrollment support
- Maintain multi-state payroll tax jurisdictions and employee records
- Utilize ADP Workforce and HRIS systems to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy
- Analyze payroll and HR data using Excel reporting tools
Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- Experience with benefits administration
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience with ADP Workforce or similar payroll systems preferred
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred
