Key Responsibilities for the Safety Manager:
- Lead and manage company safety programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Conduct safety training, inspections, and incident investigations
- Manage drug testing programs and related compliance activities
- Partner with field leadership to identify and mitigate jobsite safety risks
- Recommend and implement safety process improvements
Qualifications for the Safety Manager:
- Construction industry experience required
- OSHA 30 certification required
- CSP certification preferred
- Experience managing or supporting workplace safety programs
