Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 base + Bonus

Key Controller Responsibilities:
- Controller will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the finance function.
- Oversee consolidated reporting and financial performance reviews across business units.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the accounting team.
- Deliver financial insights and executive-level analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller leadership experience.
- Strong background in the service or construction industry with expertise in job costing.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage financial operations, and support business growth.
