Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Partner with leadership to support strategic financial decision-making

Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Progressive accounting and financial management experience
• Prior leadership or management experience within an accounting function
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
