Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Manage 1099s, W-9s, and certificates of insurance
- Support audits, tax reporting, and compliance activities
- Process capital calls, distributions, and intercompany transactions
- Assist with real estate, development, and property accounting functions
Senior Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong full-cycle accounting experience in real estate, construction, development, property management
- Multi-entity accounting experience
- Public accounting(audit) experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sage 300, AppFolio or relevant accounting ERP experience
