Key Responsibilities for the Collections Specialist:
• Perform high-volume B2B collections activities on outstanding customer accounts
• Make 10–15 collection calls per hour and document all interactions accurately in the company system
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding account status
• Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on payment commitments
• Maintain accurate collection notes and account records
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
• 3+ years of B2B collections experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Basic Excel skills for data entry and note documentation
• Experience working with an ERP system preferred
