Staff Accountant
Location: Holland, MI
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Fully Onsite
Responsibilities
- Download financial data from multiple systems, manipulate and prepare it for upload into NetSuite
- Import financial information from platforms
- Assist with automation initiatives related to financial data imports and processes
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare weekly ACH collections for approval based on customer due dates
- Prepare weekly ACH payment runs for approval using established payment schedules
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2+ years of reconciliation experience
- Experience working within an ERP system
- Solid understanding of debits and credits
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency or automate processes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
