Our client is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to partner directly with the Controller and executive leadership team. This high-visibility role will provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Controller and C-suite to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Analyze profitability, margins, trends, and operational performance.
- Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support capital planning, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
- Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist with month-end reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executives.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
