Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:
• Process high-volume invoices with 3-way matching
• Code invoices and execute vendor payments accurately
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly close, including AP accruals and check runs
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager:
• 8+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience in a high-volume environment preferred – Manufacturing preferred
• ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Bachelors Degree
