Responsibilities Expected of the Grants Accountant:
- Lead timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting on all grants
- Prepare, execute, and reconcile grant drawdowns and billing forms
- Ensure correct allocation of grant funds and review for compliance
- Review and approve grant-related invoices before and after AP processing
Background Expected of the Grants Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)
- 3+ years of experience an accounting role with a nonprofit organization focused on grants
- Sage Intacct is a plus
Salary Range:
$55,000 – 65,000 depending on experience
