Cost Accountant
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Cost Accountant with a strong technical foundation and a passion for process improvement. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting inventory and cost accounting operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cost and inventory transactions within the ERP system
- Ensure accuracy of BOMs, inventory balances, and excess/obsolete reserves
- Lead inventory counts and revaluation at year‑end
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and BOM processes
- ERP experience preferred
