Salary: $85,000-$120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions
- Support close processes and ensure financial accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
- Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a complex organization preferred
