Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting for assigned business units.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial models while analyzing revenue, expenses, customer profitability, and business performance.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly operational reporting packages to leadership, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with accounting and operational leaders to improve financial reporting, support strategic initiatives, and identify process improvements.
  • Assist with year-end close, audit support, internal controls, and ad hoc financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience with a strong foundation in month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power Query or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the organization.
