Job Title: IT Business Analyst
(Hybrid Role) – Boston, MA
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

What will the IT Business Analyst do?
- Support the implementation of a new enterprise data warehouse
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units
- Assist with data cleansing, validation, and data quality initiatives
- Work alongside external consultants to support data and reporting projects
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and related tools
- Support future AI and automation initiatives utilizing tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Document workflows, processes, and business requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology
What the company needs in an IT Business Analyst:
- 2-5 years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with databases, data structures, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Experience with data cleansing, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot preferred
- Financial services, private equity, or commercial real estate experience is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Boston four days per week
