Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:
• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Complete month-end and year-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• Utilize Yardi for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:
