Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
• Review, process, and code vendor invoices while maintaining vendor payment records
• Process check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and related accounting entries
• Manage employee credit card payments and import grower invoices into the accounting system
• Post and reconcile cash receipts, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Generate customer statements and assist with collections activities
• Support month-end close activities and maintain electronic financial records

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum one year of Accounts Payable experience
• Minimum one year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience reviewing invoices, payment information, and account coding
• Comfortable working in a seasonal business environment with fluctuating workloads
• Ability to support filing, scanning, and document management responsibilities as needed
