Salary: $41,600 – $47,840 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a residential community while ensuring high occupancy, excellent resident experiences, and efficient property performance. You’ll work closely with residents, vendors, and leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed property.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential community, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections

  • Monitor occupancy, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with company policies

  • Oversee property budgets, approve invoices, and support financial performance

  • Foster a positive community environment while leading daily onsite operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous property management or multifamily housing experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
