Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $41,600 – $47,840 DOE

The Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a residential community while ensuring high occupancy, excellent resident experiences, and efficient property performance. You’ll work closely with residents, vendors, and leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed property.
What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential community, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations

Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections

Monitor occupancy, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with company policies

Oversee property budgets, approve invoices, and support financial performance

Foster a positive community environment while leading daily onsite operations
What We’re Looking For

Previous property management or multifamily housing experience

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
