Key Responsibilities for the AP Supervisor:
• Oversee accounts payable processing and invoice management across five entities
• Prepare and process ACH payments, checks, and wire transfers
• Perform AP, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Train, mentor, and supervise Accounts Payable staff
• Manage vendor communications and resolve payment inquiries
• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable
