Position Overview (Senior Financial Analyst):
We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team in a highly visible role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, forecasting, business partnering, and turning data into strategic insights. You’ll work closely with leadership, influence key business decisions, and have a clear path for advancement into an FP&A Manager role.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Financial Analyst):
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Develop and enhance financial models for the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and business planning
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights into operational performance
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting the business
Preferred Qualifications (Senior Financial Analyst):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or analytical experience
