Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management functions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external CPA firms.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading audits, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
• CPA strongly preferred; public accounting experience highly valued.
