Join a growing global manufacturer in a highly visible finance role supporting two production facilities. This position offers exposure to plant leadership, inventory and cost analysis, profitability reporting, month-end close, and an upcoming SAP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Inventory and standard cost analysis
- Variance and profitability reporting
- Month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
- Fixed asset and inventory management
- Business partnering with operations and plant leadership
- Support ERP/SAP implementation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of manufacturing accounting or finance experience
- Strong costing, inventory, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
