- Oversee financial reporting for multiple business units
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Manage job costing and financial analysis within a construction ERP environment.
- Oversee tax preparation and union payroll processes.
- Serve as a financial business partner to executive leadership.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Construction industry experience required; manufacturing or distribution backgrounds may also be considered.
