Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $41,600 – $49,920 DOE

This is more than a leasing position. You’ll play a key role in connecting people with their next home while partnering with the property management team to drive occupancy, deliver outstanding service, and create a welcoming resident experience.
The Opportunity
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll guide prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting daily property operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for customer service and sales.
What You’ll Do

Conduct property tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process

Prepare leases, renewals, and move-in documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Respond to resident and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and occupancy goals

Maintain accurate leasing records using property management software
What We’re Looking For

Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
