Staff Accountant (Accounts Payable Focus)
Salary: $56,000-$67,000/year DOE
Location: On-Site, Gig Harbor

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, coding, and data entry
- Manage AP transactions and vendor invoice processing during ERP implementation
- Support invoice validation, data cleansing, and vendor master file accuracy ahead of system go-live
- Assist with account reconciliations, GL entries, and AP-related month-end activities
- Prepare AP documentation and support year-end audit requests
- Help identify and improve AP processes during system and workflow transitions
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Experience with invoice processing, coding, and AP workflows
- ERP experience preferred; system conversion experience is a plus
- Ability to manage transactional accounting work with strong attention to detail
