Senior Analyst, Investment Operations
Salary: $120K–$160K + Bonus

Senior Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Support trade execution, settlement, cash and position reconciliations, and administrator oversight
- Manage treasury and liquidity activities including FX, credit facilities, and funding obligations
- Partner with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and other counterparties
- Prepare NAV, valuation, compliance, risk, and portfolio reporting
- Support operational workflows across equities, derivatives, alternative investments, and direct trading strategies
- Lead process improvements through technology, automation, and AI
Senior Analyst Qualifications:
- 6–9+ years of investment operations experience
- Hedge fund, multi-strategy, or similar investment management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with public markets and products such as equities, options, futures, forwards, swaps, and FX
- Experience working with prime brokers and custodians and resolving trade breaks
- Strong understanding of treasury, liquidity, settlement, and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Eze, Bloomberg, ICE, or DTCC is a plus
