Multi-Property Director of Finance – Washington, DC
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of two hospitality properties in the Washington, DC area. The Director of Finance serves as the senior financial leader for both properties, partnering closely with General Managers and Executive Teams to drive profitability, financial performance, compliance and operational excellence. The Director of Finance will split time between the two properties and lead the accounting teams at each location.

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to leadership teams
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
- Develop and mentor accounting teams
Qualifications for the Director of Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Progressive hospitality finance experience
- Multi property experience preferred
- Experience leading accounting teams and developing staff
